Project Manager

Coordinate labor, materials, and project resources
Manage project schedules, budgets, and timelines
Communicate with customers, general contractors, and field teams
Ensure safety, quality, and project performance standards are met
Help keep projects on time and within budget
Support successful project delivery from start to finish

Estimator

Review plans, specifications, and bid documents
Perform quantity takeoffs and cost analyses
Solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor pricing
Develop labor and material budgets
Prepare competitive bid proposals
Support project teams during project handoff and execution
